U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio spoke via phone today with Cypriot Foreign Minister Constantinos Kombos, as announced by a @StateDept press release.

Secretary Rubio thanked Foreign Minister Kombos for a longstanding partnership between the United States and the Republic of Cyprus.
